• HVAC Instructor - Provides learning experiences to HVAC Sales, Service Technicians and others on technical topics in HVAC industry. Facilitates ILT training and VILT training in in commissioning, operating, servicing and analyzing and maintaining centrifugal, rotary screw, scroll and reciprocating chillers, air handling equipment, pumps, cooling towers, pneumatic and DDC control systems. Provides engaging learning experiences on complex technical topics. Manages the classroom experience for learners. Engages learners to drive for performance based outcomes. Serves as a leader of authority with expert level knowledge. Participate in the creation of videos, elearning and other learning assets to drive learning outcomes. Identify maintenance needed of learning content. Mentors and develops other instructors.
• HVAC Subject Matter Expert - As an HVAC industry expert, provide insight and expertise to the design and development of learning solutions. Works with instructional designer to accurately identify areas of performance improvement and design solutions that will drive performance improvement. Reviews, provides feedback and validates learning solutions. Providing input on product training and feedback on training delivery outcomes. Attend product development meetings, support development teams, engineering and field service, provide customer feedback and input during product development cycles. Interacts and communicates on a regular basis with multiple inter-company departments in order to meet assigned deliverables and remain educated on technical topics
• Program Management - Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results. Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME and stakeholder. Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation. Responsible for end-to-end program management, working with training admin to ensure all administrative details are managed; including tracking, materials, communications and budgeting. Responsible for measurement & assessment of learning effectiveness. Evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize solution.

• 2 Year / Associate Degree with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning or equivalent experience
• 10 years HVAC experience focused on engineering, field service or sales
• 35% Travel Required

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related discipline preferred
• EPA 608 Universal certification
