Pritchard Industries is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to join the Finance team, in a full-time position, in Florham Park, NJ.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of HCM systems (UKG), including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, modifications, and mergers & acquisitions. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will monitor and maintain data consistency, ensure data accuracy, analyze data, develop and document new features/processes, and automate and optimize workflow for the organization’s HCM platform (UKG).

Responsibilities:

• Assesses current system and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of UKG
• Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
• Prepares reports for internal auditing
• Extract and analyze data across UKG and reconcile variations
• Ad-hoc report writing and data aggregation in UKG – People Analytics (B.I.)

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong functional knowledge within the HCM platform UKG - Ultipro
• At least three years of experience in HR/Payroll
