We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence who will play a critical part in supporting Element’s profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.

As a Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence, you a data-driven detective on a mission to uncover hidden assets within vast amounts of market data – both quantitative and qualitative. With your exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of market trends, the buyer’s journey, and competitive landscape – you turn information into actionable insights. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll use your passion for understanding the market to deliver impactful recommendations and develop content to steer the business forward.
A Day in the Life

Conduct market research and analysis to gain an understanding of the fleet market landscape, consumer behavior (buyer’s journey), and market trends; includes the development and implementation of market intelligence initiatives such as surveys, studies, etc.

Monitor the fleet industry’s developments, news, and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.

Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to support market intelligence efforts; interpret data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.

Collaborate closely with the content manager, campaign strategists, sales and account management, and product marketers to leverage insight for strategic initiatives.

Support in the development of content and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
-
Post-secondary certification or degree in market research, business, marketing, or a related field is necessary
-
Must have experience in the Fleet industry or a Fleet adjacent industry.

5 – 7 years of experience in B2B market research or fleet management

Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent verbal, written, and presentations skills

Understanding of B2B buy journeys and demand generation
