Summary

Haverford Systems, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based provider of video hardware solutions for live streaming and videoconferencing, seeks an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for the implementation, administration and optimization of search engine campaigns for our portfolio of global, national and regional brands, including PTZOptics, HuddleCamHD, and Haverford Systems Integration.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience deploying and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing and social, either in an agency or in-house setting. With focus on both implementation and reporting, this role requires demonstrated proficiency in analytics and measures.

Responsibilities

The SEM Specialist is responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns for PTZOptics, HuddleCamHD and Haverford Systems Integration.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and report on search engine marketing performance and identify opportunities for ongoing growth and optimization
  • Plan, execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across search, display, video, and social advertising channels
  • Demonstrate and exercise expertise and thought leadership across search, display, video, and social advertising channels
  • Research competitors, their offerings, and their messaging and ensure that our selling propositions are communicated effectively across all channels and industries
  • Examine ongoing results to identify campaign trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Oversee, manage, and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major SEM/PPC metrics
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different groups
  • Strategize, set-up, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook (and other social advertising platforms), and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Research, develop, and advise on keyword and audience research, competitive analysis, ad copy development, account structure organization, conversion tracking, account linking and integrations, A/B testing, and more

Qualifications and Background

Required:

  • 2-5 years of experience managing paid advertising accounts across search, display, video, and social advertising channels
  • End-to-end knowledge of ad platforms, including setup, bidding, targeting, creative optimization, as well as conversion tracking and troubleshooting
  • Current with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social advertising best practices
  • Previous experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and setting up goals and conversion tracking on both platforms

Preference given to candidates with:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and/or Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

Compensation and Benefits
