Gridiron IT is seeking a Security Officer- Contractor Special (CSSO) to support our Facility Security Officer (FSO) in Albuquerque, NM with an Active Secret Clearance. Must be willing to clear up to a TS/SCI.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Perform duties related to the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative Security Manual
• Perform duties Applicable to the Director Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) and the NISPOM
• Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately manage CSSO duties and responsibilities.
• SCI/SAP level inspections/audits/reviews.
• Develop / submit annual self inspections, SCI Co-Use Agreements, FFC (Fixed Facility Checklist)
• Complete Modifications to Existing SCIFs from start to finish, such as submitting Pre Construction Modification Request to SSO/DIA for approval prior to construction starting. Once approved, start construction based on ICD 705 Tech Spec Guidance and AFMC Guidance. Once construction completed, update FFC and submit to SSO/DIA for approval. DIA will issue updated SCIF Accreditation letter based on modifications.
• Process SCI eligibility requests.
• Coordinate with ISSM to ensure appropriate accreditation documentation is available for each SCI automated information system under cognizance.
• COMSEC experience with a NSA account.
• Work with DIAS db.
• Work with COMSEC item inventory.
• Change lock combos to include TPI.
• Work with TS/SCI documents and accountability.
• Indoctrination of all SCI/SAP personnel.
• Administer Security initial/refresher/ briefings.
• SCIF facility alarm liaison to include responding to any/all alarms and update paperwork as required.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP) as required
• Investigate, report and correct security infractions/violations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active DOD Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for SCI
• 5 plus years experience working as CSSO managing security in support of Intelligence Community and DoD programs.
• A degree (Bachelor’s preferred) or comparable security/SCI experience
• Familiarity/working knowledge with the following is highly desired: DoD 5105.21-M-1, Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Security Manual; National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Supplement (NISPOMSUP); Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) 6/3, 6/4, 6/9; and the DoD Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information Security System (DISS) Database.
• Experience with NSA COMSEC account.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
