Responsibilities:
- Monitor access of employees, visitors, and vehicles to and from the premises.
- Responsible for utilizing and maintaining security equipment including cameras, monitors, radios, and perimeter gates.
- Patrol plant and premises, checking floors, gates, parking lot, and equipment for fire and safety hazards.
- Coordinate front desk activities, including phone call redirection, customer service, and various other clerical tasks.
- Responsible for the reception desk during off peak hours
- Light custodial work required for the front lobby, entryways, and walkways.
- Point of contact for facility safety information in accordance with Textron policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required, previous experience working in security or manufacturing preferred
- Software Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge: navigation, data entry, and typing
