"Job Title: School Nurse - Registered Nurse (Eastern Oregon)
Responsibilities:
Providing nursing care for students with chronic or acute health conditions
Administering medication and monitoring for potential side effects
Developing and implementing individualized health care plans for students with special health care needs
Collaborating with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive health plan
Maintaining accurate and confidential health records
Participating in health screenings and health education for students and staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting
Experience with health assessments, medication administration, and emergency care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
