• Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
• Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
• Document quality user stories.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and prospects on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.
• Assess client current state processes, pain points, and future needs, and articulate how Salesforce and/or CPQ can bridge those gaps.
• Configure and implement flexible and scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements, while setting up clients for long term success.
• Communicate with all levels of client resources across project management, executive needs, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams.
• Provide expert advice on application solutions.
• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.
• Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.

Certifications:

• Must have Salesforce Admin certification
• Good to have Salesforce CPQ certification
• Good to have Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Good to have IIBA certification
