Its 360 Degree approach helps EliteHealth manage outcomes and the overall patient experience. #EliteHealth Responsibilities The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for working closely with the field sales team, primary care center leadership, the health plan broker relationship manager and others, cross-functionally, to support overall prospect and patient engagement in the market. This includes both B2B and B2C channels.

The Sales Support Assistant’s responsibilities include: Support field sales team in efficient and effective execution of events Develop and maintain calendar of sales events in market Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to provide administrative support, including lead entry, tracking, and event attendance and satisfaction Ensure all programs and activities adhere to compliance guidelines/CMS regulations Attend and facilitate activities as time allows Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs dictate Required Qualifications 2 years of administrative or related experience in a professional environment Proficient with Microsoft applications: Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated high-quality customer service skills, preferably in healthcare or high-end service business Strong attention to detail; ability to manage many details related to data entry, scheduling, follow-up requests and file maintenance Ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally Ability to work autonomously. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and oral communication with potential clients and current personnel. Strong emotional intelligence Valid driver license and dependable transportation necessary Speak to groups to; initiate and/or perform activity, lecture. Conduct screenings as scheduled by manager.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population Experience in Community health outreach programs Nutrition knowledge 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities Health Plan experience, including Medicare/Medicaid Electronic Medical Record (ECW) knowledge/experience Bilingual Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40Read more about this job
