General Description
Provide administrative support to the Accounts Executives, Supervisor and Manager to enable the team or department to focus on client servicing and selling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides day-to-day customer service support to Account Executives by preparing information, managing data and producing documents in accordance with departmental service standard, including but not limited to: insurance specifications, certificates of insurance, payment letters, vouchers and endorsements.
  • Manage and retain existing small accounts for personal and commercial book of business and pursue new opportunities for the book.
  • Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers.
  • Receive, review and forward invoices, policies, endorsements, and other documents, as necessary.
  • Provide client support with all levels of client’s decision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives.
  • Follow-up to address client needs and resolve any problems or issues.
  • Create general correspondence for carriers and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Executive with tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and general reports.
  • Support in the maintenance of policy details in AMS360, and accurate file documentation.
  • Assist team members to receive and sort daily correspondence.
  • Provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures, including prepare the expiration list and production reports.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.

A recruiting bonus of $1,000 will be disbursed upon completion of the 3-month anniversary; eligible positions only.
