WKTR Inc. d/b/a Florida Docks sells floating docks, inflatable docks, and drive-on PWC Ports. We serve the entire state of Florida from our base near Ocala. We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our team, someone with high energy who is eager to learn, and can help organize and maintain a professional office environment. We need a self-starter who can work independently.

We hold normal office business hours, typically 830am-530pm M-F. Most days we work in our office, but sometimes we may need you to work from home. At other times, you'll have the option to travel to trade shows and conventions around the state.

Must Haves:

• Experience in Sales, working Leads from Opportunity to Closed
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience in Scheduling Jobs
• Experience with Tracking Inventory a PLUS
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of using a CRM
• Proper Phone/Email Etiquette
• Quick learner and attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones, writing emails, contacting customers and vendors, data entry, scheduling, filing, and general office duties.
• You will primarily act as the CEO's assistant
