We are searching for a Sales Operations Process Analyst to join our team in Athens, GA!

The Sales Operations Process Analyst position will be a key role in improving and scaling our sales operations to help effectively serve our internal and external customer base. This position will be a key contributor to the implementation and enhancement of analytics and reporting process that drive the SIOP function. You will also assist with ongoing development of tools and systems that are essential for our sales process, including future CRM systems. This position will support sales forecasting, analytics, reporting, operations, processes, and systems.

You will work closely with our Director of Sales and primarily work with the Sales and Operations teams. This role will partner with the marketing, finance, product management, and operations teams as required. Over time, the Sales Operations Process Anal will have the ability to work with the Marketing Manager on product promotions and be a part of the customer VIP visits to the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process, and identifying improvement opportunities within current sales processes

  • Track and analyze critical metrics for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment, and identify individual performance areas

  • Lead sales and customer reports, coordinate cross-functional activities across departments to assist sales processes

  • Develop and present quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with measurable sales goals

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to assemble customer lists, define lead qualification process, and analyze campaign performance

  • Form positive relationships and maintain regular contact with Region Directors, Executive Account Managers, and Sales Leaders

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to develop sales programs and perform the necessary analysis and tasks associated with developing effective business reporting solutions

  • Assist with onboarding and systems training any new team members in the Sales organization

  • Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales, operations, or engineering role

  • 7+ years of data analytics capabilities with excel (pivot tables, vlookup)

  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals.

  • Database experience such as Domo, SalesForce, Tableau or similar programs

  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines skillset

  • Ability to transform complex issues/data into an executive summary and present to audiences of varying sizes and fields

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in pursuit of process improvement and issue resolution

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
