Duties and responsibilities
  • Build strategic customer relationships with current customers to grow current business
  • Demonstrate leadership in building book of business in new territory, develop sales strategy to grow revenue
  • Build and develop the capabilities of the sales team and assist in execution of adding new sales to target location
  • Develop an industry leading high performing sales team with a focus on integrity, innovation and teamwork
  • Manage new growth opportunities within existing and potential accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall company and region objectives
  • Drive sales growth across all core product divisions and customer channels through independent customer account development, direction of outside sales team members, and support of branch network and customer service teams
  • Build new customer relationships and execute strategies to expand opportunities with existing customers
  • Lead, develop and support one outside sales team member with the near-term goal of adding and leading additional team members to support growth
  • Identify new market and customer opportunities and build tailored solutions to meet prospective customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with vendor and rep partners to identify market and customer opportunities, develop joint sales plans and negotiate special pricing
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Wolff Bros. products, services and solutions and how they meet target customer needs
  • Work directly with Regional Manager to develop short- and long-term objectives and plans to grow sales and increase value proposition for customers
  • Collaborate with corporate sales, marketing, purchasing and other key stakeholders on sales plans, programs, customer opportunities and issue resolution
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Wolff Bros internal systems, sales processes, product offerings, and pricing programs
  • Remain aware of industry trends and be able to respond quickly to changing customer needs and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Extensive sales experience
  • Previous people management
  • Widespread knowledge on products sold and market including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical
