How You'll make an impact:
A successful candidate will be results-oriented while driving high performance and demonstrate personal leadership by taking initiative in their role while consistently looking for ways to drive impact and accountability.
- Partner with Sales Leadership across Solution Consulting (SC) and Sales Globally to align SC enablement initiatives to business priorities
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics, identify opportunities to deliver impact through a variety of enablement programs and other tools/resources relative to successful job performance
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise across skills, tools, process, programs, and technologies to help strengthen Sales & SC team, including continued support & evaluation of existing sales certification procedures/ enablement content and development of new approaches, techniques, and materials.
- Manage stakeholders and partner closely with key individuals across the broader Global Enablement team to design and deliver an effectiveness Enablement plan
- Support the deployment of larger global programs across Sales.
- Collaborate closely with other teams such as Product Marketing, Marketing, Demo Engineering, Operations to manage Sales/SC activities whilst balancing active field facing time
- Accountable for program managing all SC programs globally
- Travel up to 10%
You will achieve your best if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement development and delivery in a SaaS business
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience or technical sales/ sales engineer experience working in SaaS
You will stand out with:
- Expert level training and facilitation skills (both in-person and VILT)
- Sales enablement curriculum development expertise; deep knowledge of adult learning principles and end to end process to develop and deliver enablement via multiple deployment methods
- Superior communication skills
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with all levels – must be able to conduct needs assessments with sales leadership at the highest levels (VP + GLOBAL - NorAm & EMEA)
- Strategic sales enablement planning and implementation experience
- Strong collaborator with other individuals and teams across the broader Global Enablement organization
- Experience with effectively adding to/ updating CMS (Content Management Systems) to support business needs
- Experience using sales & learning software: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Brainshark, Docebo, Mindtickle, SalesHood or other sales enablement tools etc.
