Office Location:

This role will be full time, on-site at the Exmark Division Headquarters in Beatrice, NE 68310. Remote/Hybrid is not available with this opportunity.

The Coordinator, Parts Sales will successfully grow Exmark part sales by providing sales support to our direct territory dealers and respective sales team. Seek to improve our parts systems and sales processes. Identify opportunities to make Exmark easier to do business with for our customers. Generate an increase in dealer sales of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and provide parts sales support to our direct dealer network.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Exmark sales personnel will demonstrate high ethical standards and operate with high levels of integrity. Work closely with dealer personnel, EDS sales team, and marketing department to create powerful and energetic parts initiatives to meet or exceed annual sales objectives.

  • Single point of contact for direct (D1) dealers on EDS parts programs and issues, including but not limited to: Parts shipping and return status; Support EDS dealers on return goods authorizations (RGA) and yearly returns; Accessories questions or issues; and Assist with expedited orders for “out of stock situations.”

  • Assist in development of parts ordering process and programming for corporate and national accounts. Responsible for EDS parts pricing and forecasting.

  • Provide sales support for parts marketing initiatives including assisting sales team in promoting preseason parts and assisting in the promotion of blade and oil reorders.

  • Provide support for new EDS dealers related to parts setup, suggested stocking orders, training dealers on OMS, parts marketing and parts sales support.

  • Successfully communicate and implement all Exmark part initiatives and expectations to EDS dealers. Ensuring all dealers understand the parts program, pricing, marketing initiatives, and ordering systems.

  • 20%-50% Travel: Provide parts sales training for EDS dealers through Exmark University, dealer meetings, trips and dealer visits. Participate in EDS business planning sessions, and a variety of Exmark sponsored events as determined by Exmark leadership team.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; will also consider multiple years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must enjoy building and cultivating long term business relationships; and mechanical aptitude and orientation.

  • Must be willing to travel 20% - 50% and spend considerable overnights and some weekends away from home; across all four domestic time zones.

  • Ability to maintain an active and valid driver's license.

  • Must be self-motivated and willing to work long hours. Does require extensive computer interface utilizing all MS office products (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and mapping software.

  • Must be results-driven, action-oriented; positive and energetic and demonstrated strong problem solving capabilities.
