As a Million Dollar Seller, you have the opportunity to grow your business with unlimited earning potential! Our Michigan business has experienced rapid expansion and success in recent years. As a result of this growth, we are looking for experienced Million Dollar Sellers to take our sales even further!

Proven and Current Million Dollar Sellers:

· Top Sellers can earn an Average of $140K per year

· Generous commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Our Top sellers average over 8% commission.

· We reward our associates for achieving goals at several different milestones. Incremental yearly bonus increases above 1.25M

What your day will look like:

· Greet our customers, listen to their needs, and help present solutions that work within their budget and lifestyle

· Partner with all team members to create a seamless in-store sales transaction and a positive home delivery experience

· Set and achieve individual sales goals

What will help you succeed:

· Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships and drive sales through clienteling

· You thrive in a high-energy, haggle-free sales environment

· You Proactively seek out and solve problems

· You enjoy working in a close-knit, family like team atmosphere

· You are confident, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets

· Previous sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
