The Opportunity

Elements Massage Newton is now hiring Part-time Sales and Customer Service Associates.

Candidates must possess great customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Our associates must be reliable, outgoing, responsible, confident, motivated and coachable.

Our associates must have a proactive method towards sales.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience, educating clients on therapeutic massage services and generate memberships to the Elements Wellness Program™. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment, be a team-oriented thinker and possess the ability to learn new computer software.

The hours are:

• Monday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Tuesday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Wednesday 5:00 to 9:00pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 9:00pm.

We hire for a minimum of 3 shifts including 1 weekend shift (required).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
