How You Will Contribute:
Champion the sales and use tax software compliance process.
Serve as an Avalara expert to both our internal teams and clients.
Manage all sales and use tax dashboards, due dates, and data transmissions.
Collaborate with our client service teams and clients.
Identify and implement ways to improve efficiencies and outcomes.
Potential to build out team and mentor sales and use staff on projects, processes, outcomes, and status.
About YOU!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
5+ years of sales and use tax experience with various states and localities.
Proficient with sales and use systems and software, such as Avalara and AvaTax.
Solid understanding of sales and use reporting requirements for multiple types of entities.
Strong data analytical skills and the ability to communicate with partners, colleagues, and clients.
