We are looking for a talented, tried and true professional to assist with our sales and marketing efforts. As the Sales and Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll process sales leads, manage the social media calendar and launch digital marketing campaigns.
As someone with experience in driving eCommerce and securing sales, we are relying on you to help Pennsylvania Sawmill achieve another year of growth.

WHAT IS THIS POSTION RESPONSIBLE FOR ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS:
This position is truly 50% sales and 50% digital marketing. On the sales side, you will be the point of contact for incoming calls, responsible for qualifying, estimating, and quoting potential sales. Using your exceptional networking skills and resourceful personality, you will identify, develop and secure new sources of revenue in addition to nurturing and expanding our existing relationships. Flipping over to marketing, you will develop and manage all things digital, from our website and social media pages to SEO and SEM strategies. Your technical and creative skills will be critical to increasing e-commerce sales, online campaigns and creating appealing content.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS REQUIRE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Business.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to develop, implement and manage SEO/SEM Strategies.
- Understanding and knowledge of product sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work under pressure.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to, qualifying, and quoting sales opportunities, consulting with CAD Designer and engineer as needed.
- Promoting existing products and introducing new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Developing and implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Managing Social Media pages, including creating content and developing social media calendar.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients and business partners by making regular contact, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending vendor shows, conferences and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.
