Purpose of position: The Sales/Customer Service answers phone calls, provides phone quotes to prospective clients, converts leads to sales, and delivers exceptional customer service to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities - Sales

· Provide phone quotes and respond to quote requests from our website, YELP, G Google Requests etc.

· Place new appointments and recurring appointments on the schedule

· Follow up on and nurture quotes.

· Make sales (convert leads into sales).

· Enter all quotes and bookings into Service AutoPilot (and Zenmaid)

Responsibilities – Customer Service

· Answer all prospective customer services call and respond to all prospective customer needs

· Call new customers after their first cleaning, then again at the 30 and 60-day mark.

Results Expected:

Correct Service failures, convert to raving fan status

High customer service satisfaction through communication

Help maintain or grow sales revenue, customer base

Quality service, customer satisfaction (low cancels, good online reviews)

Pay:

Starting pay 18.25/hr + bonuses;

Training: $17/hour (2 weeks).
