Mahaska is looking for a hard-working, dedicated team player to lead the conventional route drivers. The Route Manager drives the execution of the business and motivates team members to achieve the best results and to drive continuous process improvement. This position is responsible for managing drivers, ensuring safety and other business protocols are being developed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides first line supervision to route drivers.
- Ensures routes are being executed in an efficient manner.
- Maintains and provides quality customer service.
- Secures inventory by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures.
- Establishes and maintains accountability on the front line of the market. Maintains a positive Employee Relations and work environment.
- Schedule and develops staff.
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer skills
