Duties and responsibilities

·Job purpose

• Produce rotomolded products efficiently and safely while maintaining quality that exceeds our customer demands.

Duties and responsibilities

· Assemble/disassemble molds

• Remove flash and clean excess material remaining on the product
• Visually inspect and water test every part that is produced
• Drill and place decals and stencils

· Maintain a clean and organized floor

• Assist with material, color and product changes
• Notify other associates, Shift Lead, Department Supervisor/Manager of any irregularities in product, process, or equipment
• Follow all company procedural and safety policies
• Ensure all personal protective equipment is in good working condition and warn
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (bilingual a “plus”)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (some weekends)
• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent safe working practices

Environment is hot and humid in the summer months

Physical requirements

Able lift 50 to 100 pounds periodically

Stand for long periods of time
