Job description
Ensure maximum profitability and highest standards of cleanliness to guests. To direct, assist, facilitated, coordinate and assure the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to the housekeeping staff to provide our guests with the highest quality of standards. Assist with guest service requests when necessary. Be fully knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures, emergency and evacuation procedures assuring staff and guest safety.
Responsibility & Authority:
- Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the front office.
Schedule is flexible.
