Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing Infusion services for people with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate and teach patients' needs and care.

Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing Infusion services for people with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate and teach patients' needs and care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Prefers graduation from accredited college with a Bachelors in Nursing Degree.
- Licensure: Current MO licensure, valid drivers license.
- Experience: 1-3 years experience in infusion nursing
- Certifications: CPR certification.
- Other: Employee is frequently to continuously alone with patient and must be able to handle emergencies without assistance. Employee must be able to lift or assist falling or fallen patient; must be able to perform CPR. Employee may be required to drive at night and /or in hazardous conditions; must be able to follow written or verbal instructions and read a map. Employee must independently schedule patient visits in timely and efficient manner. Employee has regular contact with agency staff members, physicians, hospital staff and general public. Employee regularly handles confidential information. Position is rated in Category I for frequent potential exposure to infectious materials. Individual homes may present poor lighting situations, exposure to pets and other allergens, pest infestations and poor cleanliness. Employee may be exposed to irate and abusive patients and families. Employee has a significant impact on patient welfare. Effects of errors in determining patient condition or administering medication could be critical.

- Preferred Licensure: Illinois RN license
