Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care of assigned individuals according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
• Document patient information and nursing actions performed and patient response to care timely and appropriately
• Must be flexible and make care decisions bases on the condition of the patient and prioritizing according to individual need
• Carries out responsibilities within the infection control, risk management, safety and disaster programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A current and valid MA LPN license is required
• Must be CPR and IV certified, Must be fully vaccinated.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule
• Graduate of an approved Licensed practical nursing education program, degree preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred.
