Guidos Burritos in hiring full time shift managers for our Ocean City location. We are looking for enthusiastic team leaders to lead our team in a fun, fiesta workplace! The Shift Manager is responsible to ensure the customer experience is consistently positive. This is achieved by effective communications with the staff, monitoring of food quality, maintenance of cleanliness/appearance in dining rooms, integration with customers, and ensuring quality standards are met in all areas. Other responsibilities include supervision of service staff, handling cash out reports, and troubleshooting front and back of the house issues.
