Job Description

Starting hiring pay range (based on location, experience, qualifications, etc.): $16 / hour

Restaurant Team Member at Bafang Dumpling essentially has the responsibility to provide a positive Customer experience—ensuring all food orders are prepared to Bafang Dumpling’s standards and our customers are full & happy. Every Team Member at Bafang Dumpling will be a team player supporting in various areas of the restaurant (Store front, Kitchen, Cashier, Dining

Room, Food Prep, Grill & Fry, etc) and creating an efficient and energetic store atmosphere.

We are looking to immediately hire talented Team Members who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced food service environment for all shifts: opening and closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a customer service associate, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen cook, prep cook, retail, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: The physical and intellectual requirements described below are representative of what must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, supporting and assisting other Team Members
• Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
• Be Proactive and take initiative
• Comply with Company policies
