The Loan Servicing Reporting Analyst will proactively partner with Loan Servicing and Risk to identify opportunities leveraging customer contact, collections techniques, and loss tools in order to increase the effectiveness of efficiency efforts, and drive system development projects to accomplish goals. Areas of focus will span various loan servicing and loss metrics.
What is a day in the life at Flagship as a Loan Servicing Reporting Analyst?
  • Participate in projects that enhance loan servicing reporting and automations processes through the use of tools and information.
  • Partner across the risk, recovery operations, and data operations to fully leverage the capabilities of in-house applications, integrating the efforts of analytics, creative services, and delivery channels to maximize the value of loss mitigation.
  • Understand the data flows across various systems as well as default and recovery operations processes within the business systems. Provide ongoing trouble shooting of issues, partner with IT resources to address issues, and raise data quality issues as necessary.
  • Provide best practices and ongoing support to sales and credit groups on how to leverage tools and systems
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key contacts across business stakeholder departments and technology partners.
  • Demonstrates attention and success in advancing own functional & industry skills.
About you:
  • Required: HS Diploma or equivalent
    Required: BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Required: Experience with business analytics, report creation, data validation, key performance indicators,
    metrics and data warehousing.
    • Reporting Analyst I is required to have 1 – 2 years’ experience
    • Reporting Analyst II is required to have 3 – 5 years’ experience
    • Reporting Analyst III is required to have 5+ years’ experience
  • Exceptional logic, quantitative report and analytical skills with the ability to navigate multiple
    systems to solve problems and drive results.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a high paced, demanding work environment, while
    managing several requests and responsibilities concurrently.
  • Highly self-motivated – requires a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.
  • Effective listener, able to understand requirements and get clarifications needed to properly
    execute requests.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products – extensive knowledge of pivot tables and
    graphical displays of data
  • Microsoft Excel, SQL, ASPECT dialer reporting and web-based vendor products
