Tiello has partnered with a General Contractor in North Sioux City, SD on their search for a Remote Project Manager (Based in the Des Moines Area). They specialize in industrial and commercial projects with a focus in food processing facilities, both ground-up and renovations/additions. They will do over $100M in revenue in 2023, have a $135M backlog, and a plan to triple in size by 2028. Their projects typically range in size from $5M-$75M.You will be paid $120-140k with a 10-20% yearly bonus. In addition to very competitive pay, they also offer:

DAY-TO-DAY
In this Project Manager position, you are critical to the company's success as you strategically develop plans and objectives, and coordinate schedules to ensure we meet our mission. You will serve as the point person on projects from initial construction planning to completion leading the team of construction professionals and customer representatives along the path to a successfully completed project. Your focus will be on longer-range planning, constructability, and budget management.

In addition to leading your construction team through the project, you will use your communication skills to provide top-notch customer service and build a long-lasting relationship with them.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in either engineering or construction management OR equivalent industry experience
• Experience building industrial, food processing, commercial offices, hospitals, K12, higher education, mining, fertilizer facilities, or gas refinery projects
• Demonstrated success in project execution using computerized and manual project management control, scheduling, and planning systems
