IAA, Inc. is seeking an Release Agent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ

What Do IAA Release Agents Do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between storage locations, vehicle owners, and insurance providers to coordinate the tow of damaged or totaled vehicles
  • Place outbound and receive inbound phone calls and text communication to confirm the availability of vehicles for pickup
  • Provide a variety of customer support services through verbal and written contact methods
  • Creativity, innovation and problem solving prowess to secure agreement from customers to pickup their vehicles
  • Process orders and assignments and enter data into our internal computer systems
  • Process all assignments that need to be worked by the end of each day
  • Reference SLA and rules information to guide activities and inform the cadence of responses to customers
  • Excellent customer service skills, proficiency with written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is awesome, but equivalent work experience would be great too!
  • 0-2 years’ previous work experience
