Scripps Green Hospital is a 173 licensed bed acute care facility located along the coast in La Jolla. The campus includes Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines and the Anderson Outpatient Pavilion along with Shiley Musculoskeletal Center and an on-site pharmacy.

Join the patient-focused Medical Acute team where you will provide nursing care to a wide demographic of patients on medical, surgical, and oncology units. Prioritizing quality, patient-centered care through advocacy and education while maintaining excellent time management and workflow. You will foster an environment that is focused on restoring function and optimizing care while maintaining the respect, autonomy, and individuality of every patient. You will support of your team to ensure optimal patient care and success in your role. Act within the scope of your role as a Registered Nurse and be part of providing the outstanding patient care that Scripps is known for.

This is a Full-time, 12-hr night shift position located at Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines.

This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met :

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualification:
One (1) year of recent RN experience.
California Registered Nurse License
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
One (1) year recent RN experience in Medical Surgical acute care
