This position is ideal for a Recruiter with a background in public relations. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic professional who has experience recruiting candidates for media-related positions. In this role you will be responsible for ideating recruitment campaigns, writing and executing email blasts to potential candidates and ensuring that job postings are on all appropriate media sites. You'll be expected to research potential candidates and engage in regular communication with them about the position as well as encourage other qualified candidates to apply to the job opening.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate information.
• Conduct telephone and email interviews with prospective candidates.
• Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and skill sets.
• Enhance and refine the company's candidate database.
• Create, update, and maintain job postings and candidate portfolios.
• Prepare reports of recruiting statistics or trends.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
