We are a busy, single doctor, small animal clinic looking to fill a receptionist position. Computer, advanced phone operation & supreme customer service is a must as we gently and happily care for our clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience preferred but not required
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills/typing
- Ideal candidate enjoys working with people & animals
- Pay depends on experience
- Great verbal and writing skills
- Organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients professionally and in a friendly manner
- Checking clients in for appointments
- Directing clients to rooms for appointments
- Taking payment for services
- Answering phone calls, talking to clients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning/attaching documents
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
