We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Naturopathic Doctor who believes in our vision and mission. We want someone on our team to be a pillar in building out our medical side of the business. Our Psychiatric NP or ND is an integral member of our team and to our patients. We want someone who is committed and ready to help bring a holistic approach to health and wellness to the Raleigh area and surrounding communities.

Harmony 360 Counseling is seeking to hire a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our integrative health and wellness team! This is an opportunity to join an amazing practice that is focus on making a difference in the community!

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and ongoing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults in an interdisciplinary team and engage in consultation within the organization.
• Collaborate with social workers and other mental health specialists to assess patient cases and develop treatment plans and referrals.
• Provide psychiatric consultation, including diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD symptoms.
• Provide psychotherapy services as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of psychiatric-mental health nursing techniques through continuing education and professional activities.
• Communicate patient progress to other healthcare professionals
• Help to build out the medical side of the business
• Network with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Board Certified PMHNP with a current valid state medical license and DEA license
• Malpractice, tail coverage, and current professional liability insurance in good standing (1M/3M minimum)
• CPR Certified
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of theories and models dealing with mental health and illness, and have an understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to learn quickly EHR systems
• Be able to evaluate and assess client needs
• Be able to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
