• Property Manager: Multi-Family Complex

Location - Chicagoland - The building Complex will be located somewhere in DuPage County

• Salary - Comp: $85-100k DOE
• Class A Property Manager - Do whatever is needed for the successful management of multi-family apartment complexes: assisting in leasing, collecting rents, monitoring maintenance issues, keeping records, dealing with subcontractors, involved in marketing/promotions.
• Capable working in multi-family complex

Managing 10 employees

• Handling collections, budgeting, customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
