Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler ( T&E Scheduler) to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS), evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP)), developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW), identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience building schedules or analyzing data related to projects or processes, with past experience supporting Integrated Master Plans (IMP) or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) a plus.
- Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tool such as MS Project/MSP, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan Professional, DCMA 14 Point assessment, or other similar tools required.
- Experience supporting NAVAIR programs or competency organizations, NAVAIR support contracts or NAVAIR suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Earned Value Management/EVM experience is a plus.
- Occasional (10-15%) travel within the continental United States.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience or Associates with seven (7) years of experience, High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- To hold or obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
