Job description
- Create and update project summary (PSR) for Project Management use
- Monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates to complete, commitments, expenditures, project progress and productivity, work plans and schedules, projects cost at completion, cost coding, and subcontracts
- Perform risk analysis on cost and schedule and recommend usage of contingency
- Assist PM’s on PSR’s
- Assist PM’s throughout the project execution
- Help ensure materials are being charged on time and accurately
- Help ensure subcontracts are being executed on time and accurately
- Help ensure labor is being charged on time and accurately
- Help ensure invoicing is being executed on time and accurately
- Perform risk analysis on cost and schedule and recommend usage of contingency
