Career Opportunity: Project Manager a Full-time, Exempt role.

Organization: Ace Roofing, LLC (Roofing Contractor for Residential Shingle, Commercial Metal, Shingle and Flat Roofing.)

Location: This vacancy is specifically for the Bozeman, Montana region office; it does require a physical presence in the Bozeman-MT region.

Compensation: Salary starting at $80,000.00 a year plus, a comprehensive bonus structure and a benefits package!

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing the project from sales handoff to receiving payment from client. The Project Manager will handle scheduling materials and crew/labor, provide weekly reporting to the project owner and update CRM to reflect, maintain cost’s and contract control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

Maintain cost and contract control. Review Job P&L’s with supervisor and field manager to address concerns.
Scheduling of material delivery, scheduling of crew/labor, reviewing accuracy of material billing and crew/labor invoice submission.
Handles multiple forms of reporting including but not limited to; safety, progress of jobs, jobsite hazard surveys, crew review, field manager review, and scope of work accuracy.
Understanding of the following products and basic computer functions for excellent communication for employees and clients. (Google suite, Stack, Acculynx, Proper written and phone communication skills.)
Able to ascend and descend a ladder frequently, up to 40 feet.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Wear all proper safety equipment for appropriate tasks.
Expected to work in outside weather conditions. (May experience severe Montana cold and heat.)
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Duties: Supervises operations staff, with oversight of sub-contractors, field managers, office support and customer service staff, and department leads. Manages subordinates as outlined in the supervisory duties below.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of work units, including daily operations.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Plans and directs work, ensuring that work schedules are adhered to and assigning specific duties to subordinate staff.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training employees. Conducts staff evaluations, job performance management (including coaching/counseling), and corrective action.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate staff training and education programs are provided. Schedule and conduct regular [weekly] staff meetings.
Demonstrates effective management of a team toward achievement of goals, including appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
