The Project Coordinator assists Nomad’s Project Managers in organizing active projects. This entails working with stakeholders to clarify and define projects, relaying details between the project managers, Sales and Engineering departments, and assisting various departments in completing goals on time and on scope. What you will do:

  • Ensure projects follow appropriate processes and work with leadership to bring into process compliance, clarifying details when necessary.
  • Create and maintain operational documents such as building specification, stakeholder registers, issues list, weekly and quarterly performance metrics, and all Quality check (QC) collaboration.
  • Assist with preparing necessary materials and presentations for meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Work with PMs to manage “end of project tasks” (i.e. Scheduling market photos between production and marketing, ensure logos are installed on vehicles, delivery documents, driver delivery and travel and sign off documentation).
  • Work independently, inspect your work and ensure it meets Nomad quality standards

You should have:

  • Associates degree and/or minimum 3 years team lead experience in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of office management or executive level administrative experience.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License.
  • Primary Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm; however, the successful candidate must be able to allow for a flexible schedule on an as-needed basis to accommodate after-hours meetings and project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
