Requirements:
- 1. Valid LMFT, LCSW or Clinical Psychology license (3 years post licensure);
- 2. Experienced with LAC DMH systems, and other related community-based programs.
- 3. Worked experience in the Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal rehabilitation option rules and regulations as well as in LA County DMH contracts and documentation is required.
- 4. Good oral and written communication skills.
- 5. Cambodian cultural knowledge and bi-lingual English/Khmer fluency highly preferred.
- 6. Familiarity with the Cambodian community in Long Beach advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- 1. The INC Program Manager is responsible for coordination and direction of the outreach, engagement, and referral of clients from INC partner agencies, enrollment of clients into the program, and the overall delivery of clinical services, case management and wellness activities of the INC Team.
- 2. The INC PC will provide overall coordination of the INC program services; distribution of care for clients through the outreach, engagement and enrollment process, coordination and facilitation of regular weekly team meetings, planning for and delivery of treatment services and quality assurance of documentation for services provided.
- 3. Manage mental health service programs for INC clients, planning, implementation and monitoring program in collaboration with the Division Manager. 2. This position will monitor and be accountable for the utilization of program contracts and productivity on a daily and monthly basis. 3. Will ensure timely response, triage and intakes for incoming inquires and referrals for PACS services.4. Will provide administrative and clinical supervision for professional and paraprofessional service providers of these programs. Includes providing individual and group clinical supervision hours for license eligible staff.
- 4. Attends LAC-DMH meetings and workgroups for all service areas. Relay pertinent updates to program(s) policies and procedures to agency management and staff. Represent the agency to advisory, educational, collaborative, or networking bodies with the County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health, as assigned by the Division Manager or Clinical Director.
- 5.
