We are hiring Production Operator for our Laser department. As a Production Operator you ensure the machines are running safely and efficiently, maximizing production speeds without compromising the quality of the product. Have quality checks done on all clean to pack product to ensure it s to spec.
QUALIFICATIONS
Effective communication
Good leadership and training skills
Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Great time management
Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues
Advanced mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make complex repairs
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
General upkeep and mechanical needs of the equipment for superior performance.
Inspect your area prior to startup and complete the required documentation.
Meet quality expectations, maintaining stable production and ensuring that the team is working with a food and employee safety mindset.
Able to perform the tasks of both the forklift driver and the helper.
Keep an audit ready work area.
Comply with BRC and FISMA standards.
Do weekly cleaning and sanitation of the equipment.
Guide the break rotation process according to the break schedule‼️‼️
