Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Product Owner-Ecommerce to shape and bring new and enhanced Ecommerce experiences to our guests and franchisees. This person will lead a cross-functional team of multiple departments and establish and manage key external partnerships. The Product Owner will proactively define a vision and strategy, distill that into actionable tasks, and oversee the workflow to ensure the right features go out on time and within budget to advance the business and Culver’s brand.Essential Functions:
- Be the Ecommerce expert internally with an in-depth knowledge of the corresponding platforms (e.g. Olo) and every function’s role in the process
- Clearly understand guest and stakeholder needs regarding quick service restaurant Ecommerce through ongoing research and collaboration
- Set the strategic direction of Ecommerce as a digital service, including the vision and supporting goals (short and long term)
- Define and continuously refine a prioritized roadmap and backlog for the Ecommerce service, working across the organization to determine viability, feasibility, and key considerations
- Translate roadmap items into user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Successfully brief and hand off requirements to functional team members
- Establish, monitor, and measure Ecommerce success metrics on a regular basis, mining for insights that inform key product decisions
- Effectively run agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.)
- Manage relevant, external partner relationships (e.g. Olo)
- Communicate and engage with operators on key milestones and opportunities for improvement
- Provide continuous Ecommerce support to franchisees and operators as they onboard and run their digital businesses.
- Support Director with Ecommerce budget forecasting and management
- 2-4 years of Ecommerce experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
- At least 2 years of digital product ownership or management experience
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross functional partners
- Experience managing external service and platform vendors
- Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
- Excellent time and task management skills
