responsibilities include.

prepping lab. labeling product. taking inventory. blending herbal teas. maintaining lab safety & organization. making deodorants, soaps, serums, tinctures and more. learn the science, art and labor that goes into each product. enjoy the process from start to finish.

additional responsibilities for lab manager includes projecting production needs based on sales reports and lead times. interfacing with shipping team about logistics. putting together raw material orders and communicating with vendors to make sh*t happen. etc.

lab managers are responsible for leading the production team. leadership qualities are an absolute requirement. you will need to have strong objective communication, attention to detail and strong problem solving stills (to name a few). you should also have decent computer competency. you will be working in microsoft excel and inventory management software.
