The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
The Branding Ads Solutions team sits within the TikTok Monetization Product (TTMP) organization servicing TikTok For Business. As the Product Marketing Manager Lead for this team, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's branding-focused products. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our branding solutions offerings.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge to work with branding-based products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
- As part of the broader brand product team, you will partner with Sales leadership and Business Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies
- Lead go-to-market strategy for TikTok's innovative branding ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market
- Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform direction of product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals
- BA/BS degree in business or marketing
- 10+ years of working experience in a leading digital media platform, with a focus on, preferably in a go-to-market, product marketing, or strategic sales capacity.
- Expert on how advertisers plan, buy, and measure branding campaigns.
- Experience managing, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product marketing managers
- Demonstrated a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring measurement products to market
- Ability to work in ambiguity in a large, global, fast-paced, and evolving organization
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, storytelling, communication, and written/visual presentation skills
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels, across geographies, and with various cross-functional partners
- Excellent business judgment and attention to detail

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148800 - $290160 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
