Producer/Videographer
The Producer/Videographer shall be able to direct a department, coordinate a live event or conference and produce a corporate video. The producer/videographer should know how to coordinate responsibilities if a client needs in-house help for coordinating an onsite-video conference, media training or handling public relations with the press. This person shall have the following skills, abilities, and competencies:
- Great project and time management skills, data collection skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Display leadership skills to be able to manage in-house and off-site productions.
- Ability to sell a concept to client and provide them with creative ways to produce multimedia products.
- Proficiency in Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with video webcasting.
- Primary knowledge of diverse types of video scheduling software (i.e. ScheduALL).
- Knowledge of video editing usage to produce great content.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and while remaining thorough and paying attention to detail.
- Have budget and database knowledge to ensure projects are within client budgets.
- Ability to plan large events.
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- Ability to gather estimates and review bids from production companies.
- Exceptional videography knowledge and skills to setup, operate, and maintain video equipment to include studio cameras, ENG cameras, pedestals, tripods, video switchers, lighting, and some audio expertise.
- Knowledge of editing, captioning, and ASL interpreting.
- Possess technical skills/knowledge to communicate/collaborate with other departments to include engineering, Television Operations Center, web team, videocast team, captioning, Satellite Media Tour teams, and outside vendors for event planning and/or problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Have excellent communication skills to interact with clients via include telephone conversations, in-person meetings, and have email etiquette.

Degree requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in either communication, literature, journalism, or a creative discipline and/or equivalent may substitute for up to four (4) years' experience.
