Job description
Summary: The Belt seam and press operator will ensure that the two ends of the belt are pressed together and adhered to quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operator is required to stand for prolonged periods of time
· Operator will place the belt in the press so that the tape/glue is being pressed.
· Ensure the entire piece of tape is pressed. This may require the operator to press the bel, pull it out and place it back on the press an additional time for the tape to seal
Qualifications:
· Some mechanical skills
· Very detail oriented
· Ability to stand all day long
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent attendance
· Good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
