A Boutique Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery office is seeking a team member for the position of medical assistant in combination with front office patient assistance. The position requires patient interaction in the front office capacity and skills in operations which include but not limited to: ordering supplies for the office and surgery center, checking inventory, medical transcription and paying practice invoices. The team member is responsible for front office tasks with some minor back office patient responsibilities. The front office responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling patients for appointments, checking patients in for appointments, preparing charts for the doctor and surgery center, respond to requests from patients, other offices, pharmacies and file charts.

Work in a team environment with other team members in this Plastic Surgery practice to provide patients with a very high level of service.

Skills Required

· Phone skills with a high-energy friendly and outgoing demeanor

· Ability interact in a professional manner with patients and other team members.

· Have a passion for delivering high level customer service

· Detail oriented when performing daily tasks

· Strong computer and typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
