Physician Workforce Analyst

The Physician Workforce Analyst within the UVMHN Medical Group (UVMHN MG) will have a solid working knowledge and be responsible for supporting a wide range of services as it relates to UVMHN Medical Group, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Budget and Finance. The Analyst will serve as a centralized resource to support our physicians and internal customers by creating efficient workflows and best practices in the areas of operations while focusing on data integrity and reporting reconciliation for the UVMHN MG. The incumbent will rely on their experience to help navigate and problem solve issues and/or identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements. The Analyst will be a key point person for ensuring all aspects of data management are aligned with physician employment agreements.

The Analyst will be responsible for understanding the workflow and impact that physician data in Workday has on the individual pay checks and downstream systems.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, associate degree with significant professional experience is acceptable, Accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.

EXPERIENCE:

Three or more years’ experience in analysis utilizing computer-based data systems. Minimum of five years’ experience in a role requiring a high level of internal customer service. Human Resources, Benefits, and Finance experience is required. Project management experience is desired but not required.
