Essential:
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all policies and service procedures
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up and dress code of the restaurant.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, and use equipment only as intended.
- Maintain knowledge of reservation processes
- Complete all opening and closing side duties as assigned.
- Handle guest complaints gracefully
- Organize assigned stations and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests even when busy.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station
ï Assist rest of restaurant staff if directed by shift supervisor.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menus
- Maintain positive guest relations. Be familiar with all services/features, and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Promote environment conducive to teamwork.
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
- Greet customers entering establishments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins
