Thoughtful Home Services is a all in one home care business that takes care of everything when you are away. We provide pet sitting, organizing, tidying, and plant and garden care. We are looking for someone who has pet experience, can maintain a home has some organizing experience, and can take care of basic plant and garden needs.

This position is paid hourly for certain jobs and commission for others with bonus incentives for bringing new clients and opportunities to make tips.

You'll provide a daily update to the clients with a text or email (text preferred) photo (of pets, plants or home) and a text of how things have been. Provide a special detail from the day to provide reassurance.

To drive to locations and be comfortable with staying in strangers homes.

To strip sheets at the end of the stay and place in a location: or inform them of the place you slept and you did not pull sheets.

Be sure all dishes are either loaded in dish washer or cleaned my hand, dried and put back, neatly.

Clean feed and water bowls

Refill water bowls

Follow detailed feeding, sleeping and medication schedules.

Possible dog grooming required

Must be able to lift large pets on your own in case of emergencies. (5-120lbs) possibly more.

Be capable of walking a dog up to half an hour without difficulties.

Finds realistic creative solutions to problems in a hurry.

Has a positive energy and genuinely wants to make a difference in others lives.

Can work well with a team and is flexible.

Has reliable transportation

Spot sweep, dust, mop as needed. The home should be in equal to better condition to when we arrived.

Vet experience/dog training is a plus

This position is for someone who loves to help others, cares about pets and people, and wants to move up in the company.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
